Welcome!  I'm glad that you've stopped by.  I feel so fortunate to be able to offer coaching and mindfulness to interested individuals. 

In a nutshell, mindfulness is about leaning into your life exactly as it is in this moment.  It's about learning to wisely navigate the ups and downs, the challenges and the beauty while maintaining a calm and steady attitude toward all that arises.  

Coaching is about designing the life that you want. It's about discovering what inspires you and nurturing the unique qualities that you bring to the world.  This work can be applied to your career, your relationships, and the areas of your life that matter most to you.  As your coach, I am by your side, helping you to look forward. Together, we identify actions, behavior changes and a plan to take concrete steps to realize your goals.

  •  8-week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction group classes
  • Stress Reduction and Resilience Workshops for the workplace  
  • Creating Space to Breathe - a novel 6-week training program  to give you the skills that you need to lead mindfulness sessions in your workplace or community     
  • My individual offerings can be in person or via phone/skype/zoom.
