Creating Space to Breathe is a novel 6-week training program that teaches you the skills you need to lead 30-minute drop-in sessions in your workplace or your community.  It is based on what I have learned growing a grassroots mindfulness program at a major university.  

Now in its 5th year,  Mindfulness@Umich has grown to 4 drop-in sessions on Central and North campuses at the University of Michigan.  Through the Creating Space to Breathe program, trained leaders are able to assist in bringing mindfulness drop-in sessions to more students, faculty, and staff on our campus.  

What this program includes:

  • 6 online classes designed to give you the background, confidence, and training you need to lead drop-in mindfulness sessions. 
  • Supervision and feedback on your guided meditations. 
  • Leader support after the training ends.  
  • Contact me with questions about the program, cost, and to learn when the next training begins.
